Executive Director

Jessi has dedicated over two decades to senior care. Armed with a Healthcare Administration degree since 2017, she's been driving positive change as an administrator in Oregon. Currently, as the Executive Director of New Friends of Florence, she leads with passion, enriching the lives of seniors and their families. Jessi's commitment extends beyond her professional realm; she enjoys exploring Oregon's beauty with her husband of 17 years, John, and shares her love for golfing. Her unwavering dedication to enhancing her community's quality of life defines her impactful leadership journey

Scott has been in the senior housing / senior care space for 12 years. He is responsible for all admissions and Marketing for New Friends. He and his wife Deborah, live in Junction City. They have two daughters and two dogs. Scott enjoys personal development and pushing himself to become better in all areas of his life. In his free time, he enjoys building things and being out on the lake with friends.
